By accessing or using any services provided by Wehunt Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
Services Provided
Wehunt Media LLC offers digital marketing and online assistant services, which may include but are not limited to:

Social media management & content creation

Google Ads and online advertising campaigns

Email marketing

Blog writing and copywriting

Online assistant services (administrative and digital support)
Services may be customized per agreement or proposal.
Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely information necessary for completion of services.

Obtain rights or permissions for any content (logos, images, copy, etc.) provided to Wehunt Media.

Approve or request revisions in a timely manner.

Maintain access credentials (e.g., website logins, ad accounts) as required for service.
Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in proposals, contracts, or invoices.

Late payments may incur interest fees or suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property

All content created by Wehunt Media under a paid contract becomes the property of the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Wehunt Media reserves the right to showcase work (websites, social media content, graphics, etc.) in portfolios or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business.

While we employ best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, advertising ROI, or social media growth. Wehunt Media is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice (typically 14–30 days, depending on contract terms). Upon termination, outstanding balances remain due, and any incomplete work will not be delivered until payment is received.
Revisions & Approvals
Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions per project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional fees.
Updates to Terms
Wehunt Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
